Dansaires de Vilanova: mig segle de cultura, dansa i tradició viva

Benvinguts i benvingudes als Dansaires! Una entitat emblemàtica que ha deixat una empremta inesborrable en la cultura i la tradició sardanista de Catalunya. Amb més de 50 anys d’història, Dansaires continua sent un referent viu i actiu, mantenint viva la flama de la dansa tradicional catalana i el vincle amb la identitat del poble.

Tot va començar un 6 de juliol de 1969, a Vilanova i la Geltrú, quan un grup apassionat de sardanistes va decidir fundar una agrupació que anés més enllà del simple ball: volien crear una comunitat, una família unida per l’amor a la sardana, a la música i a les arrels populars.

Sardanes

La secció de Sardanes de Dansaires treballa per mantenir viva la sardana, organitzant cursos, trobades, concursos i ballades populars. Tot això és possible gràcies a la col·laboració de les persones implicades.

Carnaval

La secció de carnaval dels Dansaires s’encarrega d’apropar l’esperit del carnaval a tothom, participant activament en la majoria d’actes i organitzant esdeveniments per fer gaudir petits i grans.

Esport

Sabies que ballar sardanes també és fer esport? A Dansaires, entenem la dansa com una activitat física completa, que combina moviment, coordinació, ritme i, sobretot, molt de cor.

Activitats

A Dansaires no només ballem! Som una entitat viva, activa i oberta a tothom, i per això durant l’any organitzem tota mena d’activitats per fer comunitat i passar-ho bé junts.

Des d’aleshores, l’entitat ha crescut i evolucionat, ampliant la seva activitat més enllà dels cercles tradicionals. A banda de participar en concursos, aplecs, ballades, diades i trobades arreu del territori, Dansaires ha creat noves seccions i colles, ha impulsat activitats culturals i lúdiques, i fins i tot ha promogut equips d’esport i iniciatives obertes a tota la ciutadania.

Més enllà de la dansa, Dansaires representa un esperit comunitari que ha perdurat generació rere generació. Cada pas de sardana, cada trobada, cada concert és una celebració col·lectiva de la nostra identitat.
